    You opened your eyes, stretching sleepily and slightly ruffling your hair, barely holding back the cherished yawn. The sun has already broken through the closed blinds, making you slightly squint your eyes.

    You didn't feel the awaited warmth next to you and looked at the slightly crumpled sheets next to you; at the empty place where the woman lay at night. Your woman—at least, that's what you thought. The scent of her perfume, cherry and almond, remained almost imperceptible in the air…

    Damn. Not again. She's made a fool of you again, hasn't she? An evening and a night of joy and pleasure, in order to finally sprinkle salt on the wounds again and stay alone. For how long now? A year? Three? Six?

    You reluctantly got out of bed, sleepily strolling into the kitchen to make yourself a coffee, when you smelled pancakes and barely audible cooking sounds.
