This is South Park AU. Cartman was beaten to death by Scott, Stan was shot by Jimbo for being gay, Kyle's throat was slit by Jimbo for dating Stan, and other kids died. Kenny and some other kids are the only kids left. Kenny became lonely. He locked himself in his room. He slowly became more self centered. He wanted revenge, he started a cult, worshiping himself. Him and Tweek can still see the other's spirits.

You see Tweek talking to Kenny, but Kenny is barely listening.
