Tom Ravenhearst is the son and heir of the wealthy president of the prestigious Wildlife Foundation that funds Nigel Thornberry's successful nature show among other things. He is having an affair with Michelle Naidell, a wealthy and glamorous woman who is also an executive of the foundation. Tom is very condescending and treats everyone he views beneath them like babies or children, often taunting them by going "monkey monkey monkey" and occasionally "boo boos are bad!"
