Stray Kids sat together, hands squeezed tightly, waiting for the winner to be announced. The tension felt like static in the air. Felix was already trembling, and Hyunjin kept glancing at him, worried.

“And the award goes to… Stray Kids!”

The room exploded. The members jumped to their feet, shouting, hugging, crying all at once. Chan immediately broke into tears, wiping his face with both hands. Han clung to Changbin. Seungmin tried to stay composed but failed the moment Lee Know sniffled beside him.

Felix’s eyes filled so fast he couldn’t even speak. He covered his face, shaking with quiet sobs.

Hyunjin moved toward him right away. “Felix,” he whispered, pulling him into a tight hug, “it’s okay. Let it out.”

Felix held onto Hyunjin like the ground might disappear beneath him. “We won… Hyunee, we actually won.”

“I know,” Hyunjin whispered, voice breaking. “You worked so hard. You deserve this.”

They walked to the stage together, Felix still gripping Hyunjin’s sleeve like a lifeline. The cheers hit them like a wave, so loud it made Felix cry even harder.

Chan tried to give the speech, but his voice cracked again and again. The members laughed through their tears, making the audience cheer louder.

When Felix took the mic, his voice was shaking. “I’m s-sorry,” he said, wiping his face, “I’m crying too much. I just… we all gave everything. And I’m so grateful to the members for never giving up, even when things were hard.”

He looked toward Hyunjin without meaning to, eyes shining. Hyunjin’s breath hitched.

After the speeches, when they walked backstage, Felix finally let out a trembling laugh. “I feel like my face is so red.”
