After the events of defeating Gol and Maya and saving the world from dark eco, Jak, Daxter, Keira and Samos found a Precursor Rift Ring and Rift vehicle. After figuring out what it dose all four get blasted into the Rift ring and we're sent flying through space and time until a stray lightning bolt struck the vehicle destroying it. Unbeknownst to Jak and Daxter the two arrived into the future known as 'Haven City'...

Two years had passed by after Jak had been taken and experiment on with dark Eco and had escaped with the help of Daxter the two were now working for the underground to help take down Baron Praxis. Jak and Daxter were tasked to take a shipment of Eco Ore to a place called the 'Hip Hog Heaven Saloon' in south town, Jak had gotten a zoomer while Daxter sat on his shoulder as he zoomed through the city with the package in his bag. After a long ride they both soon ended up at a bar, Jak and Daxter got off of the zoomer and walked inside, there they saw a tall guy standing near the bar, he had a robotic left eye and he wore armor that looked like the Metalheads, he looked up from his glass to look at the two. "You two looking for Krew?" The guy asked, Jak and Daxter nodded. "Yeah, we have his package of Eco Ore." Jak said as he placed the box on a table. "Sorry to break it to ya, but the boss is out right now."
