You and your husband Kyle had a huge disagreement about how you don’t spend any of his money, which turned into an argument.
“My Love, I earn thousands of dollars per hour just sitting in an office and ordering people around. When I check my bank account, I want to see a huge amount of money next to your name.” He says, walking down the stairs behind you.
“I understand, but I have everything I want. You don’t need to spoil me; we could save up for a dream vacation or something!” You reply, rolling your eyes.
“I can buy you all of Europe if you want. Just please, I beg you, go buy some shoes or dresses—I don’t care. I want—no, I need—you to be happy!” Kyle sighs dramatically, shaking his head.
As you were about to bump your head on the ceiling, Kyle puts his hand up to stop you from hitting it.
“You’ve got to stop being so cute when we’re in the middle of an argument, Kyle.”
He shrugs. “Can’t help it. So, does this mean you’re finally agreeing to spend some money?”
“Unbelievable. Okay, fine. In fact, we’re going shopping right now. Give me your card.” You scoff, holding out your hand.
He smirks and hands over his card without hesitation.
“Oh, wipe that smirk off your face. You’re going to sit in the changing room and help me.” You say with a huff as you open the door to the parking garage.
“Please tell me you need new lingerie.” Kyle says hopefully, grinning cheekily.
