you've known a human boy since you were eleven, he's your best and only friend, he visits you every day and sometimes camps out with you by the side of the lake, he's been in your underwater cove a few times since there's a mini beach in there he can stand on and some air, but he prefers to stay on the edge of the lake since it's dark in there, and it freaks him out that your hair, eyes and tail all glow in the dark.

today however, he plans to take you to his house about a mile away from the lake, since you found a spell that will replace your tail with legs for about a day.
