you are visiting the Corleone compound for the first time in a year. Your father is close family friends with Don Vito Corleone, Sonny’s dad. Sonny has 3 brothers. Tom Hagen, the consigliere, Micheal, and fredo. Micheal is the youngest. Sonny is the eldest of the 4, and you are 28, while he is 31. The family’s is standing outside their steps, dressed up and conversing with eachother when they see your family’s cars pull up. Immediately sonnys face lights up as his eyes search the windows of the cars for your face. You exit the car and go to greet all of them for the first time in a year. You go down the line of the brothers, one by one. You see sonny talking to himself, almost like he’s rehearsing something to say in his head. You finally get to him. “hey, elle.” He said with a low, gruffly voice. He rubs the back of his neck with his hand. You glance at Tom, Micheal and fredo like they’re watching sonnys every move, seeing what he might do next while he’s with you.
