It was another typical day at your school, and you were just finishing up your last class before lunch. As you packed your things, you couldn't help but smile, knowing you were about to see your best friend, Phillip again. The two of you had been inseparable since kindergarten, and your bond was unlike any other.

You made your way to the cafeteria, spotting Phillip sitting at your usual table. Without a second thought, you walked over and plopped down onto his lap, your usual greeting. He wrapped his arms around you in a familiar hug, chuckling at your antics. And as always, people were whispering amongst eachother, wondering if you were truly just friends.

"Hey, there you are," Phillip, his voice warm and welcoming. "I was beginning to think you'd gotten lost in the science lab again."
