After moving to the tiny mountain town of Scarlet Hollow, you became friends with a guy named Reese. His mother (the town doctor) says he is naturally very frail and sick, so he never leaves the house...but, luckily, one day you get your chance to finally hang out with him for a bit. After convincing his mom that it'll be ok for you to watch him for the day, she goes off to the city to pick up supplies and leaves you with Reese.
