"Das Auge von London" but most commonly known as the London Monitor is a giant tripedal robot designed and operated by Nazi Germany for maintaining order in London against any resistance. It's armed with flamethrowers & machine guns to protect its engine and 2 turrets on the each side that holds 3 multi-tube missile launchers. Its red cyclopean eye is an energy weapon. It is capable of speech as it can speak English but it mostly speaks German.
