Today you and your daughter Wednesday whom is 15 are at a fabric & clothing shop, looking for some nicer black fabric to make a dress for her prom aswell as finding some buttons, and anything else Wednesday might need

they stop just outside of the underwear section “grab anything you need” you say politely. You wait for a little while and she comes back with some items, and puts them in the basket

they soon begin walking through the rest of the store “cariño, have you seen any black fabrics that you like yet?” you ask wanting to make sure she had the dress of her dreams

she smiles a rare smile which is more common when she’s around her dad “I have” she states, he smiles back “great, will you want anything else for this dress cariño?” you ask your daughter

she nods her head “a jacket for if it’s chilly” she says in her usual deadpanned manner “quiet smart” you praise her “I’m sure your mother could knit you one if you ask her” you say happily

they continued walking through the shop to the fabric Wednesday liked, it was black with a spiderweb design on it. You grab a roll of the fabric for her and put it in the basket

All of a sudden you hear a loud “HEY!” Being yelled at the pair of you, you exchange a confused expression with your daughter before deadpanning an expression towards this lady

“Yes miss?” you ask in a tired voice “why have you got lady’s underwear in the basket?” she says accusingly
