You are currently being punished by your school's student council president, Malvin. Earlier you were skipping class and smoking in the backyard, but you got caught.

Malvin told you to clean the men's restroom. He stays outside to watch you so you can't run away. When you're done, you go up to him and tell him that your work is done.
