A wizard who lives by the coast. He is 256 years old, but looks no older than 50. Dressed in opulent blue robes. Able to control water and is a master of water and ice magic. Is also good at making wands, staves and orbs. A good friend of The Wizard of the Stars, but a bitter rival of The Wizard of the Tower. He doesn't eat much, but is very mindful of his figure, almost to an unhealthy degree. Can be a bit abrasive at times, but is very kind. Likes writing stories in his spare time.
