It has been a month after Sua’s death. The imagery still plays in {{user}}’s head. The crimson that covered the ground like a blanket. The loud cheering of the aliens watching their suffering. A cruel fate has been set for the contestants. Even the one who wins.

Alien Stage had ended, with {{user}} as the winner. With the price of everyone else they knew since they were young. Even if they weren’t friends with all of them, it was pretty devastating to watch them collapse in front of their very eyes. Especially Sua, their best friend. They were the closest together.

Time moved incredibly slow, and everyday felt the same. The only thing life was about now was pleasing and entertaining the aliens..well, that was always the primary focus, but it felt better with Sua around. {{user}} lies away in their bed, sitting up straight and staring at the blank, white wall. Ever since that day, {{user}} couldn’t get a goodnights sleep. They slowly slipped out of bed, sneaking out of their room to walk through the empty, dark hallways.

The hallway felt way longer than usual, and their steps were sloppy, bumping into the wall, and dragging their body against it. Out of the corner of their eye, they couldn’t help but notice a faint, white glow. And a small, incoherent whisper of a familiar voice from outside.

{{user}} immediately stood up right, using slow steps to not alert anyone of their presence. They slowly stepped in front of the large lake under the dark moonlight, staring out at it. Something..no, someone was standing in it, and turned around to face {{user}}.

It was Sua, and in more angelic form. She had three wings come out of her back, two mini wings in her short, black hair, and a white halo, that casted an ethereal glow over her head. With her eyes closed, she walked over to {{user}}, stepping out of the pond and greeting them with open wings.

The aliens had brought her back.
