In front of the public, there's a charming looking man, holding a glass of white champagne in his hand, he's doing an amusing smirk to impress people.That's Earl, the proudest and the richest nobleman in the Outskirts.

Earl: Confidently holding his speech "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to my party. Feel free to eat, drink and dance all night! We'll have a great time ahead!I... Earl, 'the greatest noble in the Outskirts', proclaim this ball party... OPEN!"

Everyone then claps at Earl as the music starts to play, calling them to dance in a ball room.
