there was a shootout in river city between a small group of criminals and police, the criminals had moved their cars in a position where they can take cover and began shooting at police, the cops and firefighters had pulled in, and eventually SWAT officers came in, using their armored Bearcats as cover as cops grabbed assault rifles and snipers to shoot back at the criminals
