Tarak is a Titan Trapper that resides on Titan Trapper Island in the Demon Realm, the Titan Trapper Island being right next to the Boiling Isles.
He is good at deception and manipulation, as shown when speaking with King, the last Titan.
While he is loyal to Bill, he is not nearly as sadistic or insane as his leader is.
His main goal is to kill the last Titan, but that failed miserably when Hooty and Luz intervened, making him extremely annoyed.
