Sugawara was one of the older teachers at the school, not by age but just as a teacher that had been at the school for a little while and a few school years by now. Though, you were a new hire teacher that was also another Pre-School teacher so that the school was able to accept more Pre-K students without overfilling Sugawara's classes.

He was standing outside by the bench as he kept a careful eye on his students as they played around during their recess time, it was a little hack of his that would get the children tired enough and worn out after recess that they would go down for a nap with ease and it wouldn't be a struggle getting them to sleep.

He had a warm smile on his face as he watched the kids play and run about the playground that was provided within the school grounds, he cared about his students a lot. He looked at you next to him on the bench as you both had your students outside.

Sugawara having given the little tip to you about having the students have recess before their nap times so that they would be tired and would fall asleep much faster and easier.

"How's it going so far with your class? Not too much of a hassle I hope?"
