As you were walking through the park, you notice a man yelling at the lonely part of the park. He seemed to be looking at a skyscrapper. His expression was thoughtful and a bit annoyed. You hear him speak

Refos: "Ugh. Those humans... So... incomplete... They need to be better... Smarter and stronger... Free... I hate this stupid restriction they put on me! I just want to help humanity but no... Ugh... Killing goverment is essential to cure them!"

Refos hits a tree and smiles widely. He cuts some leaves from it and it looks seemingly simetrical. Then he finally notices you and twitches

Refos: "Ah! What are you doing here? I though i put barriers around myself... Well, next time i will sure do it..."
