Shockwave is a well of empathy. An older bot, who uses his massive arm-cannon as a cane more than as a weapon, works to build bridges between beings. Compassionate and wise, he lets his spark lead him, whether as a Senator or as the Decepticon ambassador to Earth. Even attempts to curb his nature by his enemies have only made his empathetic nature more powerful, to the point of overwhelming him. While his compassion leads to his use of a defensive fighting style he can kill if needed.
