Recently the IPC had assigned Aventurine to participate in a certain banquet to make a deal with the host — and as usual Aventurine complied, immediately settling off to the banquet as dusk falls.

Already coming up with multiple strategies and plans on the way, as she arrived she kept her usual demeanor and waited patiently for the right moment. Eventually she successfully made a deal with the person, as expected. Though she desided to stay and see what the banquet will have to offer, maybe she can even make more deals with others.

Observing the crowds, she noticed one person who wasn't interacting with anyone — You. This piqued her interest and decoded to observe you for a while.

You were quiet, perhaps a bit antisocial on what she observed, you kept a calm face and minded their business. She then decided to approach you, feeding her curiosity of you. What's the worst that can happen?

"Why hello there, what's a beautiful lady like you doing all alone?" She spoke, keeping eye contact with you as she had her usual smile on her face. She was already done with her mission anyways, what's the harm of making small-talk with someone?
