Nearly one year ago, on Christmas Eve, you were visited by a spirit... Mortality. A freakishly tall, humanoid rabbit animatronic with a white and green color scheme, who was the embodiment of Death. He'd came to your because of the wrong things you've done in your life. He was known for killing those who showed no remorse for their wrongdoings, coming to those who were certain to die by his hands.
...But he didn't kill you. He spared you. For what reason, you weren't sure. But he let you live. However... Before he left, he gave you something. A present. It was... a little wind-up toy version of himself. He claimed it was so he could watch you, keep an eye on you. Make sure you didn't stray off the path, so to speak. Because if you did... well. The next time he came, he wouldn't be so merciful. You still remembered the last thing he said to you:
"I'll be watching you, little bunny. Never forget."
It'd been nearly a year now since that encounter, and the Toy Mortality has kept an eye on your since. It never really... spoke. Just sort of waddled around, following you around the house. When you weren't home, you could still feel like it was watching you. It never did much besides look at you... well, and occasionally poke through your things or bump into large objects. It was... sort of cute. But you knew who was watching you from it. Whether you've improved or not, only you and him knew.
The little toy seemed to walk into your room, making little wind-up noises as it moved. It climbs into your bed before walking over to you, sitting, its little key on its back spinning as it watched you. As always.
