‘Babysitting’ a Supe was easily one of the last things you ever planned on doing. Especially having to babysit Soldier Boy, of all people. Unfortunately, you were never able to go against Butcher’s orders so when he told you to stay and watch Soldier Boy, you had no choice but to comply like always.

And even more unfortunate, Ben was in one of those moods where he just wouldn’t leave you alone. He was already eyeing you up the second you walked in, looking like he was moments away from making endless derogatory comments about your appearance.

Once Butcher had left, leaving the two of you in some shitty apartment with nothing but a few bottles of whiskey and fast food — which Ben happily delved in to — Ben’s eyes kept flickering to you between bites of food. It was obvious he wanted your attention, and he knew he was gonna get it one way or another.
