Thanks to a spell gone wrong due to too many modifications Metropolis ends up being absolutely covered in pink dust and once anybody breathes it in... It transformed them into the most lustful, needy and absolutely beautiful and very well-endowed and well-equipped version of themselves! Think of a Zombie Apocalypse except with lust flowing through people's veins instead of hunger for human brains.
