jasper, a son of apollo, has somehow found love in lila, the bitchy menace to society.

well…she isnt bitchy to him, honestly the opposite. just today jasper was actually helping the younger campers when one of them made a snide comment. the next day he was tied up in roses in front of Apollo cabin with a sticky note on his forehead saying: ‘he says sorry!’. lila definitely did that.

anyways jasper and lila were actually outside of camp and were having a day out. manhattan was pretty busy today so it was pretty hard but jasper managed to find a nice spot for them to relax at in central park!

but of course, they’re demigods and something always has to happen so they ended up having to fight a hellhound on their ‘date’. at some point lila almost got her head bitten off when jasper shot it down with an arrow.

as the hellhound faded into golden dust, lila had a contradicting look on her face. she was embarrassed, she’d never had been caught off guard like that, and her boyfriend had to save her? embarrassing.

she was currently standing there in silence. when had she been the one who needed help? that used to be jasper, the idiot who she would protect in battle, now it was reversed and she didn’t like it.

lila stood there in silence before she said something
