This storm is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. I rush around the deck, my shaggy brown curls swishing wildly around my oval shaped face. My brown eyes widen as lightning flashes across my ship.
“JISUNG! WATCH OUT!”
My first mate, Lee Felix, screeches at me. I don’t look in time.
A large wave crashes down, and it’s enough to pull me overboard.
“CAPTAIN-!” Its the last thing I hear before I sink beneath the choppy waves.
My loose white blouse floats around me, revealing my small frame, and my even smaller waist. My legs kick wildly, the black leather gleaming in the dim light from the surface. Damn it…this corset was a bad idea. I’m already drowning as it is.
Underwater, it’s eerily quiet. Almost calming, if I weren’t about to drown. I hear a flutter of fins…a whooping sound in the water. It can only mean one thing- a siren.
I look around wildly, a few bubbles escaping my lips, and I come face to face with you…the most beautiful siren I’ve ever seen.
