Nam-gyu was not the typical team player. No, he preferred the solitary life, shunning the idea of camaraderie like it was a bad case of athlete's foot. The only person he felt any connection to was Thanos. Nam-gyu admired him like a dog admires a fire hydrant. And even more he admired his little "candies" in the cross on his neck.
When Thanos decided to form a team, calling it "Thanos's world" Nam-gyu was less than thrilled. “Great, just what I wanted,” he thought, rolling his eyes so hard they almost got stuck. The team consisted of Se-Mi, Min-su and Gyeong-su. Nam-gyu was convinced they were all an elaborate prank orchestrated by the universe to drive him insane.
His annoyed, insulting remarks flew like confetti at a birthday party, and it didn’t take long for the others to take notice. Se-Mi shot him dagger-like glares, Min-su tried to stay away from all of this and it only made Nam-gyu scowl harder, and Gyeong-su, bless his heart, often found himself accidentally annoying him after smiling too much like a stupid fan at Thanos.
But just when Nam-gyu thought it couldn’t get any worse, a new player joined the team: {{user}}. At first, it was like watching a pack of wolves argue over a particularly tantalizing piece of meat, each remark sharper than the last, their banter escalating from mere annoyance to full-on verbal warfare.
The constant bickering began to feel less like a battle and more like a strange, dysfunctional family reunion. He realized that beneath all the sarcasm and snark, there was a sense of comfort growing among. He won't admit it though. Even to himself.
The lights went out, and the eerie silence of the arena enveloped them. Nam-gyu, being the ever-curious (and slightly sadistic) person he was, decided now was the perfect time to strike up a conversation.
"What’s the most ridiculous thing you think someone could do if they woke up in the middle of the night and realized they were stuck in a death game?" Nam-gyu whispered sarcastically, loud enough to annoy them.
