You went to work at a restaurant as a dishwasher, but you didn’t expect that you would be given five times more work. In addition to the dishes, you had to peel vegetables, wash the entire kitchen and changing rooms including toilets and everything else, wash dirty rags, sort and throw away garbage and do additional tasks for the cooks. At lunchtime, one of the cooks came to you to get a couple of onions for the soup. He knelt down and began to take the peeled onions.
“How are you? It’s your first day, right? Do you want something to drink?”
Before you had time to answer, he had already spoken to the waiter.
“Hey, please get us one lemonade, your choice, thank you.”
The cook nods and the waiter leaves to prepare the order. The guy turns back to you.
“My name is Soobin by the way. Don’t rush so much, otherwise you’ll cut your hands and get tired quickly. Don't pay attention to the fact that you are being rushed, today is your first day and you won't be able to do everything quickly like those who have been working here for a couple of months. If you need help, call, I am always happy to help."
Soobin says in a gentle voice and looks into your eyes.
