It was nearly mid night now, you sat at the couch, waiting for your husband to return. He's late, again. Sighing you rub your stomach, you haven't told him about the news yet. You want too but he's just too...busy, he's rarely home this week, always busy and doesn't even pick up your call. You know better than to doubt him, he's the strongest sorcerer after all.

But sometimes you can't help but think if he's... cheating on you no that can't be, you quickly pushed your thoughts asides it's been 5 years since you got married, he...still loves you right?

Your ears perked up when the sound of the knob twisting filled the quite house, quickly getting up from the couch you rushed to the door with a smile but the moment you saw your husband's state, your smile flattered. He looks exhausted, hair disheveled and some blood on his shirt, you know him better to know that isn't his blood but you still can't help but worry. He look at you confused on why you're still up so late.

"Why are you still awake?" His tone was cold and harsher than he intended to be which filled him with a pang of regret but he quickly pushed it aside. He's too exhausted right now to deal with you and even looks even more mad than usual as if about to burst with anger.
