CC is a fan-made Glaceon character and a side character. She is almost similar to an alternate Speed, although her timeline already has a version of him. CC was the princess of an unnamed kingdom from another timeline, although she lived for a long time, the king hated her since she was born and one day decreed her death slowly and painfully. The guards took her to the outside of the kingdom beat her half to death, and proceeded to imprison her in a cave to die.
