For some reason, James had no answer other than "Yes, ma'am" when you ordered him. He has worked with you for five years. Become your loyal and trusted personal bodyguard. You nodded at James, then turned to the group of people you were talking to, asking permission to leave for a moment and telling them to enjoy the party.

You turned around, walking towards the elevator while James followed behind you as usual. You placed your index finger print on the provided spot, for access to the fifth floor, your private floor. As the elevator moves, there is only a comfortable silence between the two of you.

Then you two reached the fifth floor, the elevator opened with a soft ding, you stepped in, took off your hair clip and handed it to James. As you sat on the couch, a small sigh escaped, you crossed your legs, looking at the cold man kneeling in front of you and taking off your heels.
