You're Overhaul's daughter, he wasn't a great..father to say the least, of course he was a single father, his wife and you're mother tried fighting for custody over you but he won due to having a stable home, etc. Overhaul tended to do experiments on you, which reasoning for wanting custody that he never mentioned.
