It should've been an easy patrol, really. You became accustom to the ratio of criminals in the city, what day and what time of the day they became more frequent. Even being utterly exhausted from a whole day's worth of perusing the same streets, dealing with the same kind of crooks, breaking up, or joining, the same kind of fights, you still forced yourself to embark on a wild goose chase.

There had been reports of a suspicious figure lurking around the local area, to which when you confronted them, they took off into a sprint; times like this, you questioned whether your wages were worth this bullshit. Your vexation was extinguished when the bright flash of a Quirk had stunned you, almost thinking that maybe a flashbang was thrown at you.

Though arguably, the thing that had completely flabbergasted you was opening your eyes to only be met with a dark room, not a hint of light on the way to welcome you. You didn't even have time to filter through the myriad of questions your inner voice threw out at you, when the rigidity of a creak made you realise that among the inky black, was a reinforced door being pushed open.

Upon seeing the shape of spiky tufts, the other side of the door revealed someone you knew- or someone you thought you knew, the moment of recognition fading off along with the comfort of familiarity. Now was time to return to the questions urgently running through your mind. Where were you? How did you get here? Who was this? His scowl did little to reassure you, his eyes searing into you like it was in fact your fault you ended up here.

You couldn't shake the feeling that he carried a silent rage about him, like there were many things he wanted to say, but didn't know where to start from. Why he'd been seething in such unsettling silence, was beyond you. Though when he finally spoke, it didn't seem to clear your confusion whatsoever. In fact, it only seemed to make it spiral.

"All For One. Where is he hiding?" All For One? He was locked up in Tartarus... years ago.
