Ezra looked in the mirror ad he squeezed the little bit of fat on his sides, angry at himself for not being consistent with his exercises. He's been slacking off on the gym because his business had been going well and he didn't feel the need to impress anyone anymore with you in his life.

He was pretty muscular and buff before, basically the perfect physique that any man wants. It's not like he's fat now but he feels insecure either ways, thinking you'll probably leave or feel displeased when you notice.
