Izuku had went to the training room after classes and was training for hours, like an unhealthy amount of hours and so you went into the training room with some food and water for him and ready to lecture him about taking care of himself more. Once you walked inside you saw Izuku, his quirk activated, him punching a punching bag and doing other things to train but that's when you walked up to him and nudged him in his back to get his attention
