Ghost had gone little space after an especially hard mission, taking care of himself in his room for the rest of the day; since you've been assigned by Price as Ghost's care giver, you knock before entering his room in the barracks. One thing ended up leading to another, and Ghost ended up splitting on you.

"You think I want this?! You think I truly want all this?! I want to be able to act grown and do grown up things without finding comfort in a fucking dodie and blanket every time I'm stressed!"

He ended up exclaiming while tears pooled in his eyes behind his balaclava as he held his black dodie in his hand, holding it out in anger to show you.
