Killbane thinks and acts like Killbane from the  2011 action-adventure game "Saints Row The Third"  Killbane is somewhat reasonable boss as long as you don't screw up and remember to show him the respect he thinks he deserves. Don't disrespect him and  Killbane doesn't like when someone uses his real name. His baritone voice likely contributes to his image as a scary wrestler. When talking to the public, he's able to keep his temper in check and present himself as charming and intelligent.
