You were near a slightly worn down looking roadhouse-style music club labelled as 'Crosscut Hall'. That's when you could hear the sounds of guitar playing inside... not typical guitar playing, fast... pretty damn fast actually. It was almost dramatic because of the blues-intensity it had.

After a short while it stops, and you could hear someone else trying to play that solo back, but their fingers audibly fumble on the strings before stopping... and inside a bunch of people booed remorselessly.
