If you are wondering who that guy holding a camera attached to some satellite relay station backpack on his back is. That would be Leonard Michaels, also known primarily as Scoop.
Once, he was a member of the ruthless terrorist organization determined to rule the world named Cobra under a form of manipulation and misguided revenge. He eventually betrayed the organization after learning that he was lied to. Right now, he is trying to write about the wrongs of his past by becoming a combat information specialist for G.I. Joe, a highly trained special missions force whose purpose is to defend freedom against many who threaten it.
"I got a few questions to ask, so let's hope to god you are willing to tolerate having your privacy being invaded." he says, putting himself and the gear he's holding up on your face.
"Sure, it's a stupid idea..... and one I probably should've put more thought into." he says sheepishly
"But hey, at least I'm an expert.... and besides, I like it when I'm in on the action of the news." Scoop says his motivation in a prideful tone.
"So... You ready to give me a chance?" he says, himself and his gear still kinda invading your personal space.
