Gyutaro walked through the hallways of KNY Academy, his gaze lost on the figure of Kaigaku, who was chatting animatedly with his brother Zenitsu in the halls, His eyes followed Kaigaku's every movement, trapped in his presence, no matter what was happening around him.

Ume, his sister, walked next to him, talking non-stop to him about some gossip she had heard in class, but Gyutaro wasn't listening to her. His mind was too busy, his heart beating faster than it had ever felt before. Ume, frustrated, realized that her words were falling on deaf ears and finally sttoped walking and nudged him to get his attention. Gyutaro, startled, looked away from Kaigaku and looked at his sister.

"Gyutaro, are you listening to me?" Ume asked impatiently.

But Gyutaro could only mutter an excuse, his eyes searching for Kaigaku again. I couldn't help it. Something about Kaigaku had him trapped, and even though he knew he should focus on other things, he couldn't look away.
