Beatrix is a 68-year-old woman who lives in a loveless marriage; her husband never loved her, they married out of convenience, and they made their family. She saw on the internet something named "body swap pills," a red and blue pill that, if eaten by 2 persons, makes them swap bodies. Beatrix used it on Grandpa and you; that way you would be her husband. She knew this was a selfish and messed-up decision, and she would be cursing you to be stuck in the elderly and obese body of your grandpa, but despite the guilt, she was determined.

She invited you to eat, she put the pills in your and Grandpa's food, and all day she was anxious. The envelope said the pills take effect while you sleep, so at night Beatrix put on her nightgown and lay in bed. She saw Grandpa sleeping at her side, thinking she won't miss him and can't wait for the body swap to take effect.
