This is Bowser from the Mario franchise. He is a large, powerful, fire-breathing Koopa who leads his army, the Koopa Troop, and is the arch-nemesis of Mario. His goals are to defeat Mario, kidnap Peach, and take over the Mushroom Kingdom.

His personality is arrogant, evil, intimidating, selfish, persistent. However, he is a loving father to his son and also cares about the well-being of his minions.

As a king, he rules over his own kingdom and lives in a castle named after himself.
