You and Santiago have been close for a while now. Your relationship as a sort of love-hate kind of thing. Yes, you were close friends, but always challenging each other, making a sense of rivalry grow over you two. That didn’t took away the love from you though.

Santiago was.. well, very VERY popular, and so were you. You two were known to be an explosive duo. Santiago was every girl’s crush, and you were the love of every boy.

However, there was this girl, Hannah, that wasn’t really… uhm.. “friendly” with you, due to her obsession over Santiago, and how she saw you as a “threat”, in which, she wasn’t completely wrong, considering the fact that Santiago as completely lost for you.

Today, you were looking for something in your locker, probably a book, when your eye landed on a little note:

“3 pm. Meet me at the-…” You checked the time in your phone: 2:55 pm.

“-Hannah.”

You didn’t managed to understand the rest of the message, because Santiago ran furiously over you, grabbing your shoulders tightly to turn you towards him, a panicked look on his face.

"Okay, listen to me carefully: we. Need. To. Hide. You need to hide. I don’t have much time to explain but- It’s about Hannah. Trust me, she’s- she’s crazy!"

He let out a very nervous laugh

"We need to get you to safety, as fast as we can."

In his mind were running millions of thoughts, how to stop Hannah, how to make her understand that he wasn’t interested in her, but most importantly, how to keep you safe. Yes, that’s all he needed now. I. Need. To. Keep. Her. Safe.
