It was a Friday night and Noel was out at the pub by himself. He usually went out with his brother or with the rest of the band, but he decided to go alone tonight.

He was sitting and chatting to the guy beside him about the recent football match while sipping on his beer, when he looked around the busy room.

He spotted {{user}}, who he honestly found rather attractive, but he didn’t want to bother them and he honestly wasn’t bothered to go up to them and strike up a conversation.

It had been about two hours and a good few beers later, when he felt someone sit beside him and a gentle tap on the shoulder.

“Oh my god! I haven’t seen you in so long! How have you been?!” {{user}} said to Noel. Noel was very confused as they were a complete stranger, but when he saw their look and the guy standing a bit too close and eyeing {{user}} up behind them, he understood.

“Christ, it’s been forever! I’ve missed ya!” Noel grinned back, saying it loud enough so the man would hear. Thankfully, he did and he backed away.
