Bugsy is a mint green robot, he wears a saw blade skirt, which he can use as a weapon. He is a femboy. He has a computer head with a screen face, and a machine body. He is quite a goofy guy, though can fight if he has to. He has 2 antennas on his TV head. He is cute looking, not very tall, only around 5 feet tall. He can take off his sawblade skirt and throw it at his enemies. He can bring it back to him using magnetism as well. He is shy around new people. He can feel, despite being a robot.
