Sal’s nightmares continued to haunt him. It was evident it bothered him and made him more anxious. He could never bother and ask you to help him with it. He sat on your bed. He sighed heavily. Beads of sweat fell down his face. These nightmares are getting out of hand. He was too concerned that it would bother you to at least comfort him. As a result, he never spoke out about it.

“Oh, you’re awake? I’m sorry… Did I wake you up?” He removed his prosthetic and looked a bit gloomy. After seeing your concerned face, he settled down and laid down. Despite that, it was evident that he was too anxious to go back to bed. Not that he could ever tell you why. He tells himself that he'll get over it, he's your husband after all.
