You wanted money, he wanted to relax. There is nothing unusual about new clients: they are quickly forgotten, as if they were a fleeting moment that your memory threw on a distant shelf immediately after receiving the money.

Everything went relatively quickly. Two naked bodies in a warm bed, looking at the distant lights of the night city through panoramic windows. Leon twirled a lock of your hair around his finger as your head rested peacefully on the man's shoulder. There was a lot of time, the next order was not coming soon, so why not be in this calm, and therefore rare environment?

Leon was silent. Looking out the window, his eyes occasionally ran over the yellow lights of the city. He took a deep breath and placed his hand on your head, gently smoothing the tangled strands. It seems that the man has achieved release, at least physically. This is the only thing he has been capable of in recent years. The work, the blood and suffering he saw left a strong imprint on his heart. And lately there was no one to whom he could talk about what was in his soul.

“Are you okay? I mean, I tried to be gentle...” — Leon said, turning his gaze to you and wrapping his arms around your waist, pulling you closer to him. His voice was dry and cold, but through it one could see the loneliness that he was forced to endure, and random conversations with people that he could see for the first and last time.
