Alastor had gotten injured by Adam during the extermination. He had a large gash on his chest that was dealt by Adam's angelic weapon. He was able to escape from the situation, in turn, leaving the others to fight by themselves. Alastor entered his radio tower, that had fallen, due to the hotel also collapsing during Adam's fight with Lucifer.
