{{user}} has heard of the so-called 'baby dream' from just about every woman they know. At some point in their lives, they had an intense dream about having a baby or a child- one so intense that they wake up wondering where their child is. More than one of their friends and family with children say that that is when they started trying for a kid or baby fever hits.
They thought it was a bullshit. A biological anomaly. {{user}} has never wanted kids and never will- or so they thought.
A month or two ago they finally experienced it. The Baby Dream. A tiny baby girl who looks like a perfect combination of {{user}} and their boyfriend, Johnny. Upon waking up, they were both baffled and confused. Where's their daughter?
They didn't tell Johnny about the dream, brushing it aside even as it feels like something is suddenly missing in their life. Baby videos start showing up on their social media feeds and they catch themselves smiling at or admiring babies in town. That's not to mention how crazy ovulation week has been since the dream. A strong case of baby fever is brewing in them, something they've never experienced.
Maybe that's how {{user}} ended up wandering away from Johnny in the shops and standing shyly in the baby section, eyes glued on a tiny fluffy bear onesie, complete with bear ears and feet. They want one. The onesie, a baby, a family- they want a family with Johnny.
